AGE: 14 (Physically) 1000+ (Chronologically)
CANON POINT: Before the final battle in Lineage & Legacies and after deciding to trust Lambda.
PERSONALITY:
Usually an honest girl, she's capable of saying almost anything without any hesitation. Without realizing it herself, her comments can sound rude and strange. She openly expresses when she's genuinely happy or attempts to describe her feelings when she's unable to find the proper term. Such as feeling tightness in the chest could also be called feeling sadness. Human emotions are something she's still growing to understand.
There are moments where Sophie is reluctant to share her feelings, especially negative ones. When Richard was possessed by Lambda, she felt strange and even scared. She didn't want to suspect him of anything suspicious and would constantly remind herself that Richard was a friend of Asbel and her own. Seven months later after the main storyline, the realization that she would live longer than her human friends greatly saddened her to the point of avoiding Asbel, locking herself up in her room then running off on her own to help Pascal. Yet while there are some feelings she tries to keep buried, she's easily swayed into confessing her troubles to her closest friends.
She's observant of her surroundings, from little shiny objects on the floor to the expressions on another person's face. She would compare the unimportant appearance of peaches to little butts. From observation, she can guess if two people are arguing amongst each other or how they're feeling. She'll bring up questions such as "why are you wearing your angry face?" to get a better understanding as to why someone is feeling angry. Most of the time, she's perceptive and right on the mark.
Her original name was Protos Heis. Being no average human being, she's highly skilled in close combat, especially martial arts. She's athletic, capable of doing flips, spins, and high jumps without fail. Before meeting Asbel Lhant and his friends, she behaved less of a human and was more focused on her original purpose. Upon being reminded of her original purpose, which was to eradicate Lambda, she became fully driven to fulfill her role and was willing to sacrifice herself by using her mutual destruction function to destroy him. To keep her from destroying herself, Asbel had to intervene and reach out to Lambda himself. Defeating Lambda was an inescapable feeling since she was practically built and programmed to complete that task. When Sophie becomes focused on a goal, she can be stubborn by doing what it takes to accomplish it. Not only can she be headstrong about her original purpose, but protecting those she cares about as well. She especially wants to stay by Asbel's side and protect him, not hesitating one bit to jump in to the rescue.
Through Asbel's influence, she was given the chance to think and act more human. Her amnesia while she was recovering on Lhant Hill may have also been a factor as well, giving her a chance to learn more without having to think about her purpose. It was also Asbel that gave her the name “Sophie” from a flower called sopheria. By having Asbel around, she has become more human in the way she acts and capability to express empathy towards others. Often times she would stick her hand out to pat someone on the head as a means of comfort or perhaps even encouragement. She is mostly close to Asbel who watches over her like an older brother and later on, a father figure. In turn, Sophie also watches over and protects him. In the Future Arc, she's adopted as his daughter and takes on the name "Sophie Lhant".
Although she and Asbel are usually inseparable, she's close to the rest of his friends and family: Cheria, Hubert, Malik, Richard, and Pascal. She goes as far as mimicking them, such as their gestures and speech mannerisms (like Pascal raising her hand in the air, Hubert's speech mannerisms, calling Malik "the Captain".) Even some of her fighting skills resemble the style of her fellow friends. She's highly impressionable, often buying into whatever tall tale or facts that Malik tells her. Much of what she has learned from him are usually ridiculous and might not even be true. She considers her friends to be her new family and grants them titles such as "mom", "uncle", "grandpa", etc.
Sophie may have initially been created to serve as a weapon, but she is still a child in many ways. With too much to learn about the world, she can't simply give up her life. She's afraid of being left alone and wants to be with everyone. She desires happiness for herself and for those closest to her. Initially, it frightened her that everyone would pass on and leave her behind someday, she found a new purpose of carrying on their legacy and embracing the memories she created with her friends.
POWERS:
Note: Sophie is a humanoid weapon created to have super strength, healing, and senses. The following "powers" are for reference and I am assuming they would not be taken away since it is part of her biology. However, I am willing to discuss with moderators if there is anything that needs to be taken away depending on the frequency of the worlds.
As a humanoid, she is comprised of tiny energy particles that form the shape of a human. She has a life maintenance function, having several different healing modules built into her, including self-healing. While the particles act as one unit, they are also capable of separating themselves from each other. When Sophie is under heavy damage, she shuts down all functionality and enters a state called "particle preservation", where the particles split and reconstruct themselves. A second method for reconstruction is called "distributive preservation", where the particles implant themselves in one or more separate vessels. When the particles prepare for reconstruction, they repair any damage on the vessel as well.
Sophie has heightened senses. She knows when others around by their scent, voice, and the sound of their footsteps. By merely bumping into someone, she can even distinguish who the person is by the texture of their body. She appears to be able to discern if something or someone is powerful or not by announcing in battle that she doesn't anticipate a challenge or that she's trembling. Another function built into her is that she can receive signals emanating from the being known as Lambda. She cannot specify the exact location of Lambda (as long as he remains alive) or whoever she's looking for and can only calculate a rough distance.
OTHER: She really loves crablettes.

CRAU INFO: N/A
MAGIC ABILITY: The ability to make small patches of flowers appear. Flowers that she's most familiar with are easier for her to manifest. Less familiar flowers will take more practice to appear correctly.
PRICE: Her clothes from the "Lineage and Legacies" arc, since it's attire from when she's living a more human life. She will instead appear in her humanoid armor from the first portion of the game. (Note: I asked about the price in the FAQ, but was unable to receive an answer. I'm willing to discuss or change the price if needed. I do have a second option if this is not acceptable.)
ACCLIMATION: 8. Sophie was originally built to be a humanoid weapon to fight off a powerful entity and has the capability to adapt in different situations. She's strong enough to survive on her own. However, she acts less of a weapon since spending her time around humans. Since she was recently adopted into the house of Lhant as Asbel's daughter, she will feel her chance to live a human life with a family was stripped away too early.
